Shipping Information

After payment is processed and cleared, your item will be shipped out of here within 3 to 5 days.

The Mail Service used is USPS. Items will be shipped either First Class Package (3 to 5 days) or Priority Mail (1 to 3 days), depending on the size and weight of the item. If you would like something quicker, like Expedited or Overnight Shipping, just email me at amour4you@theloveofclothing.com. The Shipping Charge for upgraded/faster shipping will be charged to the buyer.

First Class Package — $6 flat rate
Priority Mail — based on weight; average $7.00; can range $6.75 to $18
Overnight – $34 flat rate

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Refunds are accepted within 15 days of the item receipt date.

Items must be returned in new & unused condition for an acceptable refund. If they are not, a refund will be denied, OR it will be given in the form of store credit.

Replacements may not be available; therefore a monetary refund will be the default exchange.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the arrival of your purchase (this date will be based on USPS Tracking Services)

  • The day the item arrives. You have 15 calendar days, including the arrival day, to return the item.

Items must be returned in new & unused condition for an acceptable refund. If the item is damaged or altered in any way, a refund will be denied. Please email me at amour4you@theloveofclothing.com if there is an issue (we can always talk things out!❤😃)

Easy Way To Ensure Things Go As Smoothly As Possible & Beat The Worst Side of Luck:

1.    Try On The New Garment where you wont be disturbed

2.    Check Yourself Out in the mirror

3.    Maybe Try On a couple of different outfit options 

4.    If It Doesn't Work--Put It Back Immediately Into The Shipping Package That It Came In

5.    Place The Bag Somewhere Safe until you're ready to ship it

Buyers are responsible for return shipping & shipping charges. As of right now, I am hoping that pre-printed return shipping slips will be included in the package, but I am not a big enough operation for these kinds of conveniences. I am still looking into ways to email the buyer a prepaid shipping slip.

Until then, the buyer should send the item the traditional way; using whichever major shipping company is most comfortable (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

Replacements may not be available; therefore a monetary refund will be the default exchange.

You will be refunded the full amount within 72 hours after the item has arrived back to us and is deemed eligible for a full refund based on its condition. We can/will always stay in touch during this time.
